Since 2009 the ADOM company has been managing eight real estates belonging to the Konstancin City Council: Walentynowicz 21 A, Walentynowicz 21 „i”, Walentynowicz 21 M, Plac Zgody 9, Plac Zgody 11, Wilanowska 20, Walentynowicz 20, Mirkowska 47; one real estate belonging to RZD-Obory WM „CZTERNASTKA” Obory 14, and also a private real estate „PODLESNA” Podlesna 1 in Lubna village.
Our main responsibilities are as follows:
- preparation of annual and long-term plans of conservation and repairs,
- maintenance of the property in a good technical and functional condition, 24-hour service (lightening, electricity, water supply, etc.),
- periodical inspections of the common technical goods according to the technical documentation,
- repairs and conservation of any technical installations,
- management of documentation of the finished and planned repairs,
- current maintenance of the property, upkeep in tidiness and order (indoor and outdoor premises),
- current maintenance of the green spaces,
- searching for private and corporate tenants,
- calculation of exploitation of the owners and tenants,
- full accountancy adequate to the form of the company,
- representation of managed real estates towards outer institutions and local communities,
- cooperation with media and service suppliers,
- providing assistance, information and advice for managed real estate and cooperation with The Association of Real Estate Managers "Warecka".
